I require upfront full payment via cash, card or bank transfer. However, there are exceptions to this, subject to discussions and proof of financial status. Please reach out if you have concerns in this area.
If you have given me less than 24 hours notice then the session will be charged at the normal rate and counted as one session. If you have given me prior notice then I can look to reschedule the appointment to a time that works for us both. In extreme circumstances, we can reschedule the appointment regardless of when it was cancelled. I understand that parenting can throw curveballs at the last minute.
I can write a basic summary of what we have covered and what strategies have been suggested. It will be a factual letter to support referrals to other services. It is important to note that it will have no professional opinions or advice for professionals to utilise. A cost of between £25-£50 will be charged dependant on the level of detail and content required.
Yes! I encourage it. In fact extended family who are also carers of the children, for example, grandparents, adult siblings, and step-parents are all welcome at no added cost.
Yes! If you don't have six weeks for the 1 hour weekly session then we can shorten it subject to appointment availability. If you have a holiday between sessions then I can try to accommodate where possible.
Of course! I am registered and hold an up to date certification with the ICO. This protects your data and personal details that I collect and hold. I do not share your details with any third party unless you have asked me, in writing, to do so.
No! I am neither of those. I am a qualified Parental Coach with a wealth of personal experience and a special interest in families with neurodivergent children. I have many qualifications (which I'm adding to yearly) but I am not a qualified child therapist, counsellor or psychologist. If you are looking for those services then I will happily direct you.
